Privacy and contact consent
What we do with what you tell us.
Short version: we keep it, we use it to value your facility and talk to you about it, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone trying to sell you something.
What we collect
Whatever you type into the form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your facility. If we speak, we keep notes about the conversation. Basic, anonymous information about visits to this site, such as which pages are viewed, is also recorded so we know which parts are useful.
What I use it for
To build your valuation and market report, to contact you about your facility, and to keep track of our conversation so you are not asked the same question three times by three different people. That is the entire list.
Who else sees it
A small number of people who work with us on analysis and scheduling, and the professionals involved if a transaction actually happens, such as a title company or an attorney. We do not sell your information, trade it, or hand it to marketers. Nothing about your facility is published, listed, or shared with your tenants, your competitors, or a broker.
Consent to be contacted
When you tick the box on the form, you are agreeing that Gabe or someone working with him may call, text, or email you at the number and address you gave us, about your facility. That is all it is. It is not a listing agreement, it is not an agreement to sell anything, and it does not obligate you in any way. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Calls may be recorded for accuracy, and if they are, you will be told at the start of the call.
Stopping
Tell us and we stop. Say so on the phone, reply STOP to a text, click unsubscribe in an email, or write to sell@webuyselfstorage.com. You will be removed the same day and marked so that nobody contacts you again by mistake. You can also ask what we have on file about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
A word on the numbers here
Any value, range, or estimate produced on this site or sent to you is an opinion of value, not a formal appraisal, and not an offer to purchase. Anything said about taxes is general information and not tax advice. Talk to your own CPA and your own attorney before you make a decision. We will always tell you to.
